The 'Demensplek Karavaan' is a citizen initiative bringing together people with (early) dementia, caregivers, and care professionals to collaborate with artists. Together they set out with a caravan, exploring the living environments and care networks of people with dementia. Moving between art and care, the Caravan collects personal stories and translates them into new images and shared experiences. Artists and caregivers work side by side, creating a caring community where imagination and support come together.
